As we move from the bright, outward energy of summer into the darker, more inward months, nature invites us to pause… to clear away what has become heavy, release what no longer belongs, and create space for what is ready to emerge.
We will begin with gentle energy-clearing practices and simple techniques you can continue using at home to cleanse your own energy, restore balance, and protect your inner peace.
