The Season of Renewal. As the energy of May reaches its vibrant peak, join award-winning artist Aureliaslight for a restorative homecoming to the self. Set within the quiet, sun-drenched sanctuary of the upstairs Healing Room at Island Salt and Spa, this ultra-intimate gathering—limited to just 8 mats—is a journey of profound somatic restoration and seasonal alignment.
This session is designed to help the body physically shed the last of winter’s tension and reclaim a state of deep, resonant ease. Throughout the evening, you will also be immersed in a live soundscape featuring frequencies from her new meditation album, Grace.
